Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service to international clients, ensuring their shopping experience is exceptional
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective product recommendations and upselling
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise, cleaning displays, and ensuring proper stock levels
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, counting, and replenishing stock
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment
- Stay informed about product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required for motivated candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
