Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential real estate opportunities in Angeles City and surrounding areas.
- Present properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits to match client needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and clients using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the internal team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for property viewings.
