Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entry, providing product information and personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle cash or digital payments.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to maintain high store standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure shelves are restocked and products are available.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and promotional goals.
- Assist in organizing in-store events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
