Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for renewable energy solutions in Jakarta metropolitan area
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular consultations and needs assessments
- Present product demonstrations and educational sessions on solar/wind energy systems
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction rates
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized energy solutions for residential/commercial clients
- Prepare detailed sales reports and market analysis for management review
- Stay current on industry regulations, incentive programs, and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in B2B or renewable energy sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with diverse client profiles
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Environmental Science preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
