- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Actively participate in achieving daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Manage inventory counts and perform regular stock checks to ensure availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with patience and effective problem-solving skills.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any senior high school diploma or vocational course; college level is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
