Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Drive store revenue by effectively promoting products and upselling high-value items.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, including shelf organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Stay updated on product features, promotional offers, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
