Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and engage customers, determining their needs and providing expert advice on sports apparel, footwear, and equipment.
- Drive store sales by actively promoting products, ongoing promotions, and upselling when appropriate.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, product features, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing in accordance with company merchandising standards.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in sporting goods, apparel, or consumer products.
- Strong passion for sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with electronic POS systems.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and organizing stock.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Willingness to work onsite at Acienda, Silang, Cavite.
