We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our retail team at Everbesindo Surya Jaya. In this customer-centric role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional shopping experiences while driving sales growth. You'll assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrate features, and close sales to achieve monthly targets. Beyond sales, you'll maintain store aesthetics by organizing displays and ensuring merchandise is presented attractively. You'll also support inventory operations, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising, to create a seamless shopping environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Actively sell products and achieve/exceed sales targets through effective upselling
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visually appealing product displays
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and stock checks
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to maximize store performance and customer satisfaction
- Report sales trends and customer feedback to management for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and cash handling abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising awareness
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
