Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable sports apparel, footwear, and accessories.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, benefits, and usage of various sporting goods.
- Maintain excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock, replenishing shelves, and cycle counting.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on new product launches and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in sports or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and approachable demeanor.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be passionate about sports, fitness, and the outdoors.
