- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while ensuring cash handling compliance
- Assist in inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
- Adhere to company policies on security, loss prevention, and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise
