Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operations.
