Tanggung Jawab
- Promote Home Credit Indonesia's payment products in retail stores through direct customer engagement
- Market financing products via social media platforms to expand digital reach
- Provide comprehensive guidance on product features, eligibility criteria, and application processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers
- Drive sales growth by achieving monthly targets through consultative selling
- Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in CRM systems
- Stay updated on product promotions and regulatory compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in business or marketing
- Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience in retail or fintech
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex products
- Proficiency in social media marketing and digital customer engagement
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of consumer finance principles and regulations
