Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets for INSTA360 products, including 360 cameras, action cameras, and accessories.
- Provide expert product demonstrations, articulate key features and benefits, and offer personalized solutions to customers.
- Manage all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment.
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and foot traffic.
- Effectively manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure optimal product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in retail sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably within electronics, cameras, or a related technology sector.
- Demonstrable passion for photography, videography, and staying updated with the latest trends in action cameras and 360 technology (e.g., INSTA360, GoPro, DJI).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team building, training, and performance management.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, POS systems).
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
