- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and floor organization.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, store promotions, and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Support inventory management, including receiving shipments, restocking, and conducting cycle counts.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
