Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and assisting them with their banking inquiries and transactions.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and cross-sell the bank’s products and services to meet individual and branch sales targets.
- Assist customers in opening new accounts, processing applications, and explaining account features and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the bank’s management system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of client retention.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations and branch cleanliness.
- Stay informed about the latest banking products, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any course is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or the banking industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and online banking systems.
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have a valid SSS, PHILHEALTH, and Pag-IBIG ID.
