Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide expert product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is neatly displayed.
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or concerns with patience and resolution-oriented skills.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Proactive, reliable, and capable of working well within a team environment.
