Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in finding products that meet their fashion needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process cash, credit, and digital transactions.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor through regular tidying, folding, and replenishment.
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts and merchandise tagging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at the cashier counter and throughout the store.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and payment processing.
