- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers, addressing inquiries, and providing personalized product recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash, card, and digital payments securely
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and receiving deliveries
- Participate in visual merchandising activities to enhance product presentation and store aesthetics
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students or graduates are encouraged to apply
