Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
- Create and submit daily sales and inventory reports
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent service
- Manage stock inventory and ensure proper storage of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Follow company procedures for handling returns and exchanges
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA), D3, or S1 education
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Previous experience in retail, cashier, or warehouse roles is preferred
