Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with walk-in customers to understand their security and electronic needs.
- Provide expert-level demonstrations of CCTV systems, surveillance hardware, and consumer electronic products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail floor, ensuring products are correctly displayed and labeled.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep updated on the latest industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and technical troubleshooting support in a professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma, Senior High School graduate, or equivalent vocational training.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the electronics or security systems industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino/Bisaya.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic technical aptitude and a desire to learn about complex electronic equipment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
