Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and building relationships with shoppers
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and personalized styling recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain store presentation standards including visual merchandising and cleanliness
- Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Stay current on product knowledge, fashion trends, and brand initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Strong passion for fashion retail and premium brands
- Previous retail experience preferred; fresh graduates with enthusiasm welcome
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Positive attitude and collaborative team player
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and store opening hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with sales technology
