Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell DIY products through personalized customer consultations and demonstrations
- Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring positive shopping experiences
- Execute merchandising standards including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual presentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety protocols, and organized product displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience, preferably in home improvement or DIY sector
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and roving schedules
- Results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet sales objectives
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
