You will be responsible for maintaining the store's pristine environment, managing inventory, and building lasting relationships with our community. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and assessing their needs to recommend the best Dyson products.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of Dyson technology to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Drive store sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring all products are displayed attractively and are fully stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with store operations, including inventory counts, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness.
- Build rapport with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably with luxury or premium brands, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and assist with stock management.
