In this role, you won't just be selling products; you will be educating customers on the science and engineering behind Dyson's industry-leading hair care, floor care, and environmental control technologies. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with visitors and understanding their unique needs.
- Deliver insightful product demonstrations, highlighting the innovative features of Dyson technology.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store KPIs.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure the store reflects the premium quality of the brand.
- Process transactions accurately and handle point-of-sale operations efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and competitor analysis to provide expert recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and regular stock counts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
- Strong passion for technology and ability to learn complex product features quickly.
- High school graduate or college level/graduate in any field.
- Must be willing to work at SM Fairview, Quezon City.
