As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Dyson, engaging with customers, telling the story of our innovative engineering, and demonstrating our state-of-the-art home technology—including high-performance vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and revolutionary hair care styling tools. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver an outstanding, premium customer experience by warmly greeting visitors and understanding their lifestyle needs.
- Conduct live, engaging product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and science behind Dyson products.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, performance goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain high retail standards, ensuring the store layout and visual merchandising comply with premium brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure stockroom organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately and securely using the POS system and handle payment processing.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, technological updates, and current marketing promotions.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in high-end electronics, premium consumer goods, or cosmetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Filipino.
- A genuine passion for consumer electronics, technology, and home wellness.
- Confident, outgoing, and articulate, with a natural ability to perform live product demonstrations.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Amenable to working on a flexible, rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute daily to SM Southmall, Las Piñas City.
