You will play a pivotal role in our daily operations, from style consultation to maintaining store visual standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide expert advice on eyewear styles, frames, and lens options based on customer preferences and face shape.
- Perform basic measurements and adjustments to ensure frames fit comfortably and correctly.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory organization according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Support daily store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory counts.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related sales field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with diverse customers.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding inventory and visual merchandising.
- Basic math skills for processing sales and handling payments.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
