- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations for gelato, chocolate, and beverages
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings and promotions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Ensure the sales area remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product display
- Actively contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food and beverage retail or luxury brands preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Genuine passion for premium food products, particularly Italian gelato and chocolate
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers
