Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, shelves, and display areas.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock replenishment and physical inventory counts.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries regarding features and benefits.
- Handle customer concerns or feedback with patience and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure that promotional displays and store signage are updated and attractively presented.
Kualifikasi
- Educational attainment: High School Graduate, Senior High School, or holder of a Vocational/Associate degree.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in Filipino and English.
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of retail sales processes or experience in a customer service role is a plus.
