As the face of our brand, you will play a crucial role in bringing comfort and style to our customers while contributing to our store's success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide expert product knowledge regarding FitFlop’s technology, comfort features, and style range.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual standards of the store, including folding, sizing, and floor displays.
- Efficiently process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle various payment methods.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and receiving new shipments.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or college level/graduate in any field.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Must be energetic, proactive, and have a positive attitude toward hitting sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual labor (stock movement).
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
