Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are appealing and up-to-date.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve monthly sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Passion for footwear and fashion trends is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
