Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist customers in selecting the right golf equipment and apparel based on their specific needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Uphold and maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Drive sales targets through effective product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Ability to work a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for the retail industry and a keen interest in golf is a significant plus.
