Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries.
- Perform efficient and accurate point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash handling.
- Maintain optimal stock levels by replenishing shelves and organizing storage areas.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
- Execute daily store operations, including inventory checks and monitoring product expiry dates.
- Promote monthly marketing campaigns and suggest promotional items to enhance sales.
- Support the Store Manager in daily administrative tasks and shift handovers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE āNā or āOā Level, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a high level of integrity and responsibility.
- Prior experience in retail or the F&B industry is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Basic numeracy skills for accurate cash management and inventory counts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods.
