Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries.
  • Perform efficient and accurate point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash handling.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels by replenishing shelves and organizing storage areas.
  • Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
  • Execute daily store operations, including inventory checks and monitoring product expiry dates.
  • Promote monthly marketing campaigns and suggest promotional items to enhance sales.
  • Support the Store Manager in daily administrative tasks and shift handovers.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE ā€˜N’ or ā€˜O’ Level, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A proactive attitude with a high level of integrity and responsibility.
  • Prior experience in retail or the F&B industry is an advantage, though not mandatory.
  • Basic numeracy skills for accurate cash management and inventory counts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods.
