Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to store management
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient store operation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
