Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service by engaging with guests, answering inquiries, and building product excitement.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure the store reflects the vibrant Pop Mart brand identity.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and support regular cycle counts.
- Proactively assist customers in locating specific products and series within the store.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a premium shopping environment.
- Support store events, product launches, and community-building initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a fashion/lifestyle brand environment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Passion for pop culture, designer toys, or the retail/collectibles market.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle light inventory lifting.
