We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate to join the Home Credit team in Jayapura. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence by promoting our consumer financing products directly to customers in retail outlets. You will also leverage social media channels to reach a wider audience and assist customers through the application process. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Home Credit, responsible for driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction in the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting face-to-face sales promotions for Home Credit products within retail stores and public areas.
- Assisting customers in filling out loan applications and explaining financing terms clearly to ensure understanding.
- Managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure high satisfaction rates and retention.
- Utilizing social media platforms to promote products, engage with potential customers, and drive brand awareness.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with retail partners and customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (and local language if applicable).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate social media platforms.
- Willingness to work full-time and be available on weekends or holidays as business requires.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.
