Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized customer service through product demonstrations and solution-based selling
- Manage store operations including inventory control, stock rotation, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Build customer loyalty through follow-up communication and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards according to company policies
- Participate in product training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of merchandise
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred in business/marketing)
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable demeanor
- Basic numeracy skills for inventory management and transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English comprehension
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
