- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized shopping experience.
- Develop deep product knowledge of Kate Spade collections to provide expert styling advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship building.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure the store reflects the brand's aesthetic.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and processing shipments.
- Execute seamless point-of-sale transactions and handle customer inquiries or feedback with professionalism.
- Support store operations, including housekeeping and stock organization, to maintain a premium environment.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end customer service preferred.
