Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering inquiries, and providing detailed product information.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked by replenishing inventory and arranging displays according to company guidelines.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet daily and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail in visual merchandising and inventory management.
