- Deliver high-touch, personalized service to cultivate long-term customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Polène’s collections, materials, and the craftsmanship behind every product.
- Execute boutique opening and closing procedures with a high standard of operational excellence.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique consistently reflects our brand’s luxury identity.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, organization, and regular audits.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly boutique sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or premium customer service environments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and polished presentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse international clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced luxury boutique setting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is highly advantageous.
