- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing expert product knowledge and personalized shopping experiences.
- Actively manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are exceeded.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and display hygiene to reflect luxury brand aesthetics.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and CRM management.
- Participate in regular brand training to stay updated on luxury watch movements, complications, and market trends.
- Handle inventory management, including stock counts, replenishment, and security protocols.
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and client engagement activities.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end sales.
- Deep passion for timepieces and a willingness to master luxury horology technical knowledge.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving individual and team sales targets in a retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs.
