  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and CRM management.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end sales.
  • Deep passion for timepieces and a willingness to master luxury horology technical knowledge.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving individual and team sales targets in a retail environment.
