- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor, ensuring products are well-presented, clean, and in stock.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing stockroom areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to shoppers.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least a High School graduate, Associate degree holder, or completed a Vocational course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no prior experience is strictly required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically for POS systems and point-of-sale operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a retail environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Physically fit and able to perform light physical tasks such as lifting boxes or moving displays.
