- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and assisting with product selection
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and markdowns
- Actively promote store promotions and upsell additional products
- Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility
- Positive attitude with a passion for fashion and retail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
