As the face of the Nutribullet brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by showcasing the benefits of our industry-leading wellness products. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in maintaining an organized, premium store aesthetic. Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their health and wellness needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase the performance and benefits of Nutribullet appliances.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising to ensure an inviting shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with a professional, service-oriented mindset.
- Achieve and exceed daily or monthly individual and team sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual labor (stocking/display setup).
- Basic proficiency in using computer systems or POS hardware.
- Strong interest in health, wellness, and culinary products.
- Must be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
