In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling order processing, providing technical product advice, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. You will also assist in maintaining accurate records and coordinating with the warehouse team. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and process orders via WhatsApp and phone professionally.
- Provide detailed information about motorcycle spare parts and product availability to clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and reporting.
- Upsell products and identify opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Respond to customer feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (especially in Indonesian).
- Familiarity with motorcycle spare parts is a strong plus.
- Proficient in using MS Office and computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work full-time and be reliable.
