Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the Ormoc area.
- Actively promote and sell City Savings Bank products and financial services to meet monthly targets.
- Conduct field visits to understand client needs and expand our market presence.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with the branch team to execute marketing and sales campaigns effectively.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, policies, and regulatory compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Deep familiarity with Ormoc City and the surrounding Leyte area geography and business landscape.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a retail or financial environment.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
