In this role, you will support daily store operations, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and help build lasting customer relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate Brooks Brothers products.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards including product displays, signage, and cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash, credit, and returns.
- Replenish stock on the sales floor and assist with inventory management and stockroom organization.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and ensure a safe environment.
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required; fresh candidates with a positive attitude are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Passion for fashion and brand awareness with a focus on delivering quality service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods and handle light lifting of merchandise.
