In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, connecting our diverse range of customers with top-tier professional photographers.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their photography needs and recommend the perfect Snappr package.
  • Manage inbound leads effectively through phone, email, and live chat channels to maximize conversion rates.
  • Educate clients on the value proposition of Snappr and our unique booking platform.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing proactive support and clear communication throughout the booking journey.
  • Collaborate with the global operations team to ensure seamless hand-offs and project execution.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
  • Document customer interactions and sales progress accurately within our CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or retail environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and comfort with CRM software and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven team.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a shifting work schedule to accommodate global time zones if necessary.
