- Deliver personalized consultations to clients matching their preferences with premium watch collections
- Drive sales growth through proactive upselling, cross-selling, and achieving monthly targets
- Maintain pristine boutique presentation including merchandising and inventory management
- Process transactions accurately while ensuring seamless customer payment experiences
- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in luxury retail or high-end sales environment
- Deep passion for horology and luxury watch brands
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets in premium retail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma with additional business/marketing certification preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
