San-Yang Furniture is currently seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at our Puregold Tayuman branch. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers transform their living spaces by providing expert product advice and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
As a Sales Associate, you will not only assist with sales inquiries but also take an active role in maintaining our showroom's visual standards. This is a hands-on position that requires a balance of excellent interpersonal communication, physical readiness for furniture assembly, and a proactive attitude toward meeting store targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces to suit their needs.
- Provide detailed information on product features, quality, and pricing.
- Efficiently assemble display furniture units according to company standards.
- Ensure the showroom floor is clean, organized, and merchandise is properly tagged.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing stock areas.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Help with the physical lifting and arranging of furniture items for display or customer pickup.
- Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift, move, and assemble furniture units safely.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Filipino and English.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for store merchandising and cleanliness.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible retail shifts including weekends.
- A proactive team player with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
- Basic knowledge of furniture assembly tools is an advantage.
