Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Display and merchandise products in an attractive manner to drive impulse sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals set by management.
- Collaborate with the retail team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
